Edinburgh World Heritage
Edinburgh World Heritage is an independent charity with the aim of ensuring the city’s World Heritage status is a dynamic force for good that benefits everyone. They have developed a timeline of Assembly Rooms Edinburgh as one of their House Histories.

Our Town Stories
Edinburgh Library and Information Services have the largest collection of material about Edinburgh in the world including rare or unique items. Their website Our Town Stories tracks Assembly Rooms Edinburgh's history through a slideshow of images and insight, from the 'old' Assembly Rooms to our refurbishment in 2011/12
