You said....We did

Here at the Assembly Rooms and Church Hill Theatre we take all feedback from clients and customers seriously and more importantly we try to listen to your suggestions and make the changes you ask for or accommodate ideas to continuously improve our service to you.

Here are a few small examples of what you said and what we did or are now doing.........

You said: Our website wasn’t user friendly.

We’re doing: Using your feedback to overhaul our website, making it much easier to find the information you need.

Browse for yourselves through the pages and let us know!

You said: Our enquiry process was complicated.

We’re doing: Simplifying our systems and giving you a single point of contact.

This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

You said: You wanted to use our screens for branding and to announce your event.

We’re doing: Making our screens available to you as part of your package, for logos and information during your event.

You said: You wanted a live twitter wall on our screens during your event.

We’re doing: We have a live twitter feed up on our screens, which shows our tweets and we retweet/respond to what people are saying about your event.

You said: You want to use a venue which has sustainability at its heart.

We’re doing: Creating our very own ‘Green Team’ and working towards exemplar status with the Government-backed Resource Efficient Scotland scheme – bringing benefits to everyone who works in, books or supplies the venue.

You said: The refurbished venue needs to have good disabled access.

We’re doing: Implementing everything needed to be a fully accessible venue, and recently received five stars on Euan’s Guide – an Edinburgh directory on disabled access.

Have a look at the guide page here

You said: You would find mobile radio contact helpful.

We’re doing: Offering radio handsets to all event organisers as standard practice.

Please keep your comments coming, we are listening!

Thank you
