Job Opportunity - Event/Duty Manager, Fixed Term


An exciting and rare opportunity has become available to join Edinburgh's key cultural, event and performance venues as an Event/Duty Manager on a 10 month fixed term contract.

Working across The Assembly Rooms, Usher Hall, Ross Bandstand and Church Hill Theatre, this pivotal role is very much a ‘hands-on’ client facing one with the successful candidate being responsible for helping manage all aspects of the venue's operation on a day to day basis including but not limited to, handling client expectations, extensive liaison with catering partners, AV teams and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of each event. 


Fixed term: 10 months

Salary: £19,818 - £23,688
Hours: 36
